Meet Our Team

Bill Seibert is from Mitchell, Nebraska. He was employed at several roofing companies before starting his own roofing company, Seibert Roofing, in 1995. In 1999, Seibert Roofing became Fisher Roofing of Kearney. He and his wife Tawney reside in Kearney with their three children, Landon, Lily, and Olivia. Bill and Tawney own, operate, and manage Fisher Roofing of Kearney. Bill has served two terms on the board of directors for Midwest Roofing Contractors Association, and is currently the board Treasurer. In his spare time Bill loves to cook BBQ for various organizations and friends. He also enjoys spending time at the lake fishing and boating.

Leland Bailey is from Scottsbluff, Nebraska. He began working with the company in 1996. Leland graduated from the University of Nebraska at Kearney in 1998. Leland resides in Kearney with his wife Morgan. Leland supervises roofing projects, oversees employees and works on the roof. He enjoys hunting in his spare time, and is an avid tournament fisherman.

Tawney graduated from UNK in 2000 with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Marketing. She is involved in all areas of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Customer Service and Marketing. She has also been given the title of Safety Coordinator, which includes planning, establishing, implementing and maintaining a variety of occupational health, safety and environmental programs to assure the highest possible degree of safety for employees. Tawney keeps busy with her and Bill's three children Landon, Lily, and Olivia.

Phil has been a salesman for Fisher Roofing of Kearney since 2015.  He is a CertainTeed certified master shingle applicator, and is Hagg certified in residential roofing.  In his spare time Phil enjoys spending time with his Wife, and three children, and anything outdoors.

Luis has been with Fisher Roofing since 2016. He is qualified in all areas of commercial and residential repairs and installation. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his 6 year old daughter, friends and family.
